Díky aplikaci Můj Vodafone spravujete svůj účet kdykoliv a odkudkoliv. Přihlásíte se jednoduše telefonním číslem, číslem služby, číslem plátce nebo e-mailem, a hned tak získáte aktuální přehled o čerpání svých jednotek (data, volné minuty a SMS) nebo třeba o stavu Vyúčtování.

Kromě přehledů všeho druhu, které můžete mít i formou widgetu přímo na ploše telefonu (nebo ještě blíž, na svých Apple Watch), si v aplikaci na pár kliknutí aktivujete další služby a upravíte ty stávající (např. dokoupení dat k vašemu tarifu, nastavení roamingu), zaplatíte Vyúčtování, dobijete kredit (kartou nebo kuponem). A to vše přehledně a jednoduše u všech služeb, která u nás máte.

Aplikace je zcela zdarma, a to jak doma, tak v zahraničí. O žádná data ze svého balíčku tak nepřijdete. Dále na vás v sekci Moje nabídky čekají nové soutěže, bonusy a slevy od nás či našich obchodních partnerů.

Co dalšího Můj Vodafone nabízí? Thanks to My Vodafone application you can control your account anytime from anywhere. You can log in easily with your phone number, service number, payee number or e-mail, and right away you will receive actual overview about your units usage (data, free minutes and SMS) or for example about your billing status.

Except overviews of all kind, that you can have also by form of widget directly on your phone screen (or even closer, on your Apple Watch), you can activate other services in your app with few clicks and edit those that are running (for example additional purchase of data to your tariff, roaming settings), you can pay billings, you can top up the credit (by card or coupon). And all this clearly and simply for all the services you have with us.

Application is completely for free, at home, but also abroad. Therefore you will not miss any data from your package. Furthermore there are new competitions, bonuses and discounts from us or our business partners, waiting for you in the section My offers.

What else is My Vodafone offering? It is not an app, it is a mobile website

A mobile app is necessary to see your info and quick pay. I receive all sms from my services to the same phone number but when I login by this number I can see only one service. Why? I do not want to share any accesses or whatever. You already know I use the same number for all services, why just not add to the same account.
And payment, a payment gate, really? It is a phone, we have Apple Pay. I do not have time to find my card and enter details to the payment gate, I have everything there already. I could set a repeating order every month, but no, you change a variable symbol every month. At least send me QR codes. It is not complicated. You already have all my emails, you send me some promotion trash but what I really need you don’t. Disaster experience…

Buggy and unresponsive

This app is, and I am stumped by this fact, worse than government issued applications. It’s a phone carrier app, all I need is an option to pay my bills and be gone. Unfortunately, this app tries to make paying my bills as difficult as possible. Some time ago, I found myself unable to log in - using the exact same credentials, which allowed me to log in using a browser on my desktop. Today, I have, somehow, managed to stumble upon a different, yet just as obnoxious problem. I’m trying to pay my phone and internet bill. I press the ‘pay’ button on the home screen and a pop-up containing a ‘continue and pay’ button appears. However, upon pressing said button, absolutely nothing happens. If I press the button, nothing happens. If I press and hold, the button turns gray, however, when I let go of the button, yet again, nothing happens. I apologize, but all I need from the application is the ability to pay my bills without getting fined, and yet, that appears to be the only thing that is consistently broken.

Not the best

If you just need to pay the bill or check how much data you have left, it's quite ok, but other than that it's not that great experience. Everything is loading very slowly. When you get a new message, it can be tricky to mark it as read, sometimes the notification just stays there. Often times the app just shows a web page in an embedded window with cookie prompts and all the annoying things that come with that. I hope it will improved it in the future.
